The certificate issued by the Provincial Directorates of Industry and Trade affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and given to industrial enterprises and those enterprises that continuously and serially repairs, as well as power plants producing electricity or other types of energies and large construction companies such shipbuilding is called an Industrial Registry Certificate. This document must be received within 2 months after the workplace becomes operational.
